Garlic and Honey Salmon

This is an all time fave of mine. I may be biased because salmon is one of my favorite foods but this sauce makes it AMAZING! I’m actually convinced that the sauce could go on any food and make it ten times better.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon Filets

  • 1 Shallot

  • 1 Large Garlic Clove or 1 TSP of Chopped Garlic

  • 4 TBSP Honey

  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos

  • 1 TBSP White Vinegar

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients

    1. 4 TBSP Honey

    2. 2 TBSP Soy Sauce

    3. 1 TBSP White Vinegar

    4. 1 Garlic Clove or 1 TSP of Chopped Garlic

  2. Drizzle olive oil in non stick pan and heat on medium high heat. Place salmon on pan and cook each side until golden brown (3-4 minutes)

  3. Pour sauce over salmon into pan and heat for one minute

  4. Serve salmon with sauce drizzled and garnish with shallot slices and sesame seeds
